Why does my shirt have a vinegar smell?

Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.

What is the best way to wash my clothes?

​

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.

How long does fulfillment take?

​

Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days: 

• 2-7 bus. days for apparel products (t-shirts, leggings, dresses, etc.) 

• 2-5 bus. days for non-apparel products (posters, mugs, phone cases, etc.)

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

How can I check the status of an order?

Contact us on Instagram or email us at tomfuleryvb@gmail.com. We can go and check where in the process your order is. Once an order is shipped you should have a tracking code you can use to keep an eye on the goods until they reach your doorstep.

Do you ship internationally?

​

Yes, we currently have fulfillment centers in Chatsworth, California, Mexico City, Charlotte, North Carolina, and our Europe location in Riga, Latvia. We fulfill orders internationally.

What if I enter my address wrong?

​

If you enter your address incorrectly, let us know by contacting us through Instagram or email us at tomfuleryvb@gmail.com. We can manually go in and change the address as long as it hasn't shipped yet.

Usually, the package is sent back to the warehouse if the address doesn't exist, from there we will reach out to you and resend to the correct address.

Do all items in orders always ship together?

​

Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately. E.g. we send our posters in super-durable tubes.

Another reason would be dependant on the product. Some of our products are made in different locations so they arrive at different times.  So, don't be worried if you ordered a mug and a tee and one arrives before the other!
